RETURNS POLICY

At Matchking Printing Inc., customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our returns policy is designed to ensure that you are fully informed about our procedures in case you need to return a product. Please review the policy below.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns


You may return standard, non-custom products within **30 days** of the delivery date for a full refund of the original purchase price. Custom-printed items are non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrectly produced due to an error on our part.

 

2. Defective or Incorrect Items


If a product is defective or does not meet the specifications provided during the order process, please contact us within **7 days** of receiving the product. We will assess the issue and may offer a reprint or refund at our discretion. Proof of the defect (such as photos or samples) may be required.

Matchking Printing Inc. will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrectly produced products.

 

3. Non-Returnable Products


Due to the custom nature of printing, **customized items** (such as personalized business cards, brochures, and banners) are not eligible for returns unless a defect is present or a printing error was made by us. We highly recommend reviewing all proofs and design files before submitting them for production.

The following items are also non-returnable:
- Digital products
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards

 

4. Return Process


To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and details about the reason for the return.

5. Refunds


Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund approval. Refunds are generally processed within **3 business days** of receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank may require additional time to process and reflect the refund in your account.

Refunds will not be granted for errors in customer-provided designs, specifications, or incomplete/incorrect submissions. Matchking Printing Inc. is not responsible for mistakes in customer-approved proofs or files.

 

6. Return Shipping


For defective products or mistakes caused by Matchking Printing Inc., return shipping will be provided free of charge. We will issue a return shipping label for your convenience.

For non-defective returns, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your product.

 

7. Third-Party Purchases


Items purchased from third-party retailers, resellers, or distributors must be returned to the original place of purchase and in accordance with their return policies. Matchking Printing Inc. is not responsible for returns or refunds for purchases made through third-party vendors.
