At Matchking Printing Inc., we strive to ensure timely and efficient delivery of all orders. Please review our shipping policy to learn about our available shipping methods, processing times, and other important information.
All orders are shipped via Standard Ground unless otherwise requested. We also offer Express options, such as Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air, for customers who need their orders delivered more quickly.
Please note:
- We cannot ship to P.O. boxes or APO addresses.
- Shipments are made within Canada only. If you need international shipping, please contact our customer service team for special arrangements.
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation, depending on the complexity and customization requirements of your printing order. Large or highly customized orders may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
Once processed, delivery times depend on the chosen shipping method:
- Standard Ground: 3-7 business days
- 2nd Day Air: 2 business days
- Next Day Air: 1 business day
If you receive a shipment that is missing items or has been damaged in transit, you must report the issue within 5 business days of receiving the order. For any packaging or shipping errors, please provide the order number, and packaging code (if applicable) to help us resolve the issue promptly.
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will contact you with options. You can choose to:
- Wait for the item to become available and ship it as a backorder.
- Cancel the backordered item for a full refund.
- Combine the backordered item with a future order.
Freight will not be charged for backordered items unless they are shipped with another qualifying order.
We offer Free Shipping on qualifying orders over $100 CAD shipped within Canada. Qualifying orders are sent via Standard Ground delivery. Please refer to individual product pages to determine if your order qualifies for free shipping.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the delivery status of your order in real-time.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and size of your order, the shipping method selected, and the destination address. Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before confirming your order.
